What You'll Do
  • Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to residential and commercial jobsites.
  • Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
  • Work with dispatch, plant personnel, contractors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and professional truck.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and jobsite responsibilities.
  • Represent Advanced Concrete with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
What We're Looking For
  • Valid Class B CDL (Class A accepted).
  • Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
  • A safe driving record and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ready-mix experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
  • Ability to lift 75lbs
