ISG is seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our dynamic team for the summer. This internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in your specific engineering discipline while participating in a comprehensive professional development program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year Mechanical Drafting or Mechanical Engineering program.
  • Become familiar with and produce work using computer aided software programs such as AutoCAD.
  • Be accountable to other members of the team to complete assigned tasks and recognize performance of other team members.
  • Work on several projects at one time.
  • Must have strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Professional Development Program

Throughout the summer, interns will take part in our professional development program designed to enhance their skills and home in on their strengths. This program includes:
  • Bi-Weekly Workshops: Participate in sessions led by Kinzee Miest covering topics such as goal setting, elevating your strengths, and building confidence in a professional setting.
  • Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship.
  • Career Development: Gain insights into career paths and opportunities within the engineering field through coaching sessions with your team leaders.
Other:
  • Housing stipends are provided to students who are required to relocate.
  • Ability to start working towards your ESOP eligibility.
  • Referral bonus for any full-time employee referrals you recruit.
  • This position is eligible for US Visa Sponsorship.
  • This position is open to candidates with Curricular Practical Training and/or Optional Practical Training.
