THE POSITIONAre you ready to support a system that protects the rights of people who receive important services? As a Human Services Program Representative 1 with the Department of Human Services (DHS), you will help make sure statewide grievance processes run smoothly and fairly. This role allows you to strengthen program quality by reviewing concerns and helping organizations understand expectations. Your efforts will support individuals who depend on clear guidance, strong oversight, and accessible services across Pennsylvania.
DESCRIPTION OF WORKThis position focuses on carrying out statewide grievance system responsibilities, regulatory administration activities, and oversight functions in support of DHS' Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). The work involves reviewing concerns, evaluating program practices, and helping organizations meet important requirements. As a Human Services Program Representative 1, you will perform the following duties:
